We’ve spent years at the heart of the research technology industry. We've sat in rooms where brands were making million-dollar decisions on the back of surveys answered by a few hundred people. We've watched focus groups be called consumer truth. We've seen brilliant, well-resourced teams pour months of strategy into product launches — only to watch them fail. Not because the people were wrong. Because the tools for testing decisions hadn't evolved in decades. We weren't just observers. We were part of the system that was supposed to make experimentation better. What we saw never sat right with us. The world was changing fast — AI was making content creation nearly free, brands were producing more campaigns and products than ever before — but the way decisions were validated was still stuck in the past. Surveys took weeks. Real-world data was expensive, biased, and limited. And "experimentation" still meant spending money to find out what went wrong after it already had. At some point, we stopped waiting for someone else to fix it. We believed that to truly experiment, innovate, and lead, businesses needed something the industry didn't yet have: the ability to simulate how people will behave before committing to a single decision. So we left. And we came back to build it.
